Small Animal Dermatology

I graduated from The University of Glasgow as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2014. My interest in dermatology started early on in my Veterinary career. I achieved my General Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Dermatology in 2019. In 2020 I gained my Post Graduate Certificate in small animal dermatology and in 2021 became an advanced practitioner in this field. I am a member of The British Veterinary Dermatology Study Group and The European Society of Veterinary Dermatology.

I think it is especially important in dermatology to get to know both pet and owner in order to unravel the full dermatology picture. I enjoy this process and think it is often key to a successful treatment outcome!

I live with my husband Jack, daughter Pru and handsome black cat Frank- who is definitely the boss! Outside of work I enjoy gardening, travelling and swimming. My husband and I have a holiday cottage which we renovated in 2020, where I discovered a love for interior design. I recently completed a WSET Level one wine award, where I enjoyed learning about the fascinating world of wine.
